How to delete programs

How can I delete or disable programs that start
automatically during system startup, and appear as small
icons in the bottom right corner of the screen.

go to run and type msconfig

go to Start -> All Programs-> Startup and delete by right
clicking on the offending icon. Or you can go to
C:\Documents and Settings\Walid\Start Menu\Programs and
delete it there.
