we have exchange server used for the last 10 years and we are used to use it
for our mailing system and we used to use the contacts available there for
example when i want to send an email to somebody we are used to press new
mail then to press (to) buttom then a list of all of my contacts are coming
there then from the list i will select the desired person from the list then
send the mail . but now we stopped using that exchange server and we are
buying POP mails from our ISP (means that there is no more exchange in our
organization) and these mails ID's not change after shifting to our ISP POP
mails i.e. if my old mail is is (e-mail address removed) which is used before with
my exchange server then my new mail id from my ISP is the same and it is
(e-mail address removed) .

now, still am able to see the old list of contacts whenver i want to send
mail. and i want to clear the old exchange contact id's from my PC and enter
it again with the new POP mail ID's

Do you mean that you see them in the auto-complete list when you're typing
names? If so, you can either delete them one at a time by highlighting a
name and hitting the Delete key or delete them all at once by deleting your
NK2 file.
