How to create an effect with the picture on one side and credits other side

how do you create the effect that appears on the last
clip of the surfer sample movie posted on windows movie
maker website. It shows the surfer on one half of the
screen and rolling credits on the other. Also how do you
add a picture to the news paper effect within movie maker.

give this a try


add titles
choose the 'credits' option
change the animation to one that matches what you asked for


for newspaper
use the add title as 'overlay' option and choose the newspaper title
animation
whatever shows up in the video track where the title is in the title/overlay
track is what shows in the newspaper
