how to create a shortcut to open emulator

Hello,

I see the emulator.exe but when I try to open it I get an error. Is
there a way to create a shorcut calling specific items to open up a pda
emaultor by default? Thanks in advance.

If you run "emulator.exe /help" you will get a dialog explaining the
command line arguments that you will need for your shortcut.
