I just got a new computer that runs Windows XP Pro, just like my old
computer. While performing a disc defrag on the old computer, our power went
out. Now I can't start it up. Since both computers have the same OS, I want
to make a restore or boot disc on the new computer and use it to start the
old one. How do I do this? Is there a better way? I bought a Dell computer
(both) and do not have a Windows CD. Thanks for any help.
