How to copy my IE 6 Favorites Folder to disc to transfer to a new computer?

The above title pretty much states my question. I want to
copy my favorites from an Internet Explorer 6.0 running on
a Windows 98SE computer to Internet Explorer 6.0 running
on a new computer with Windows XP. Can anyone send me a
short note at my email (e-mail address removed) and let
me know how to do it. I assume that I would copy it to a
floppy and then transfer it that way. If it's too large a
file for a floppy, I also have a CD writer.

The html file you create in IE-File-Export should easily fit on a
floppy unless you have a huge amount.
I have 730 and the file created is 99Kb
