Transfering Favorite Places to New Computer

I buying a new computer, and would like to transfer my
book marked websites in IE to the new machine. Is there
an easy way to do this? I am currently running IE 6.0
through Windows 98 and will be transferring to a Windows
XP machine.

Thanks for any help.
 
Go to File|Import and Export, which will export your favorites to a file (.htm).
