Transferring Favorites from one computer to a new one?

Hey there,

Just got a new machine...it rocks...but I'm wondering if
there is a simple way of capturing my favorites and other
personalized windows settings for transfer to my new
system?

Most of the other items aren't critical but saving the
favorites area would really help.

IE-File-Export and save them as an html file to be used on the other
computer with IE-File-Import.
