How to copy cookies files to another folder?

I am trying to search the cookies files under Temporary Internet Folder for
some text but file explorer stops short. I can't copy these files to
another folder. I tried using xcopy /h.... I tried attrib to make them
unhidden but these darn files are too protected.

Anyone knows how to copy these or do a proper text search in them?

Try the cookies in the Cookies folder instead. They are not really in
TIF, despite what you see.
