How to copy 1 contact address block to Word?

I would like to quickly copy just the address block from a contact record
(name, street, city, state, zip) as a block of type and drop it into a Word
document (letter or envelope) but I cannot find an easy way to do this.

Can anyone tell me how to do this correctly?
