How to copy 1 contact address block to Word

M

Mark Alsop

From a contact record I would like to quickly copy just the address block
(name, street, city, state, zip) as a block of type and drop in in a Word
document (letter or envelope) but I cannot find an easy way to do this. Can
anyone tell me how?

TIA

You can use Word's Envelopes and Labels feature -- pull an address from your
Outlook Address Book onto either an envelope or label directly, or when it
puts the address block into the space for the envelope or label, just copy
the text, cancel out of the dialog box, and paste it into the regular
document.
