How to convert MSWMM File to AVI for VCD

Hi There.
I'm wanting to burn my project I created on movie maker 2
to a cd so that i can veiw it on my DVD player. I don't
have a DVD player on my PC but I'm wanting to burn as a
VCD so I can veiw it on my DVD Player as it supports VCD
format.

The only solution I came up with is to convert MSWMM to
AVI or VCD format..

Can Anyone HELP???
