How to control computers in workgroup

Is there any way to control computers in workgroup, such as do windows
update automaticly, install security patch automaticly when they connect to
networking?

You can set the Automatic Updates to automatically
download and install any critical updates from the MS
Site. You can access the Automatic Updates Setup from the
System Properties in Control Panel in Win XP or from the
control panel root in Win 2k.
