How to configure Power Management?

Hello,

when I press the power button, Windows will savely shutdown (this is the
default setting). I want to change this setting to "Do nothing".
I know how to change this with the display applet:

Screen Saver -> Power -> Advanced -> Power Button -> "When I press the power
button on my computer":
"Shut down" (this is the default setting)
"Do nothing" (this is what I want)

My question is:
How can I configure this behaviour in TD or perhaps by changing the
appropriate Registry key?

I think this is also affected by the Bios settings.
