How to Configure Outlook for Netscape email Account

How do you configure Outlook for a netscape email
account? I am not sure of the incoming (POP3) and
outgoing (smtp) settings. Thanks!

Until you know those settings, you'll not be able to do it. Did you check
on Netscape's web page?

You can't. Netscape mail is proprietary, just like AOL.
