Using Outlook 2002. When starting a new e-mail I often type the first 3
letters of the person I'm wishing to send to and get the person I want plus
maybe some other. I have deleted one specific contact person from my contact
list & address book but when I type in the first 3 letters of his name he
keeps popping up. What do I have to do to get rid of him completely?
Thanks for any help

When you see the bad suggested address, highlight it with your arrow keys on
the keyboard, and press DEL.

Autocomplete doesn't look up to your contacts/address books at all - just
relies on addresses previously used.
