How to completely disable "Install on Demand" (Internet explorer)?

When I browse email messages in Outlook Express folders, and highlight some
messages (even without opening it), Outlook show nasty prompt to download
the appropriate fonts: - "Install on Demand" (Internet explorer) - "To
display language characters correctly you need to download and install the
following components: Chinese (Traditional) Text Display Support." After
this, Outlook and Internet Explorer hungs up, so need be closed vie
ctrl-alt-del. Emails itself is't on Chinese, but it seems contains some
Chinese language characters. (Outlook Express 6.0)
How to completely disable this senseless feature?
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
