How to clear to the last restoration point

Hi there, If anyone can give a hand with this issue, on
How to clear the memory to the last restoration point?

I did it once, but I forgot the procedure,and I need to
do it because my Sonar music program needs more memory to
work properly.

so if you know something, it wiil be much appreciated.
