How to clear the deleted AD objects.

In my AD I configured a single Tree structure of domains
with trusting to external domains.Later we deleted some
domains which no longer exist.But still in the eventviewer
of my server it is giving errors that it cannot connect to
the servers (which are deleted) because the domain
controller for that domains couldnot be contacted.Is there
any tool or command to delete these objects permanently so
that I should not get the error in the event viewer.
Help me please.
