How to change the multiwin environment

When using remote desktop to a Win XP client, you
effectivly take over the desktop.

However when connecting to a server, you create a session
based environment- using multiwin.

Is there any way on Win2k or 2k3 for the TS client to
interact directly on the remote "desktop environment".

Hope this makes sence.

You can run "mstsc /console" to connect to the console desktop.

Just to split hairs...this only works on a Windows 2002
system. You can't connect to the console of a Windows
2000 server using RDP. You'll need a third party
application, like VNC or PcAnywhere.
