Windows 2003 Remote Desktop

I have users in the local administrators group and remote desktop users group
on a member server (2k3). Group policyis set up to allow users to log on
using TS, but these users are not able to log in. Getting the 'unable to log
on interactively' error. Any suggestions?

Did you also grant them access in the Terminal Services Configuration MMC?

If you mean selecting the checkbox to allow user to use terminal services in
their AD Users and Computers account properties, then yes.

Some checks:

1. add the required users to the "Remote Desktop Users" group
2. Control Panel > System > Remote tab > enable "Allow users to connect
remotely to this computer" under the Remote Desktop section.

The "Remote Desktop Users" group by default has been auto granted logon and
connect permissions (among others), which can be modified using Terminal
Services Configuration tool.
