How to change sort order of address book in Outlook 2007

Same problem as below, I get a first name/lst name sort when I use the
address book feature to address an email. The process doesn't seem to be the
same in 2007 to change to last name/first name.

Thanks.
 
It's essentially the same.
Tools > Accounts > Address Book Tab > Outlook Address Book > Change...
