I received pictures on a disc that can only be veiwed using PowerPoint. Is
there a way to convert from PowerPoint so someone without it can veiw the
pictures?

Select the picture in the slide design view and right-click and copy it.
Open MS-Paint and paste, then save the file. If you ask this question in a
PowerPoint newsgroup, you may find an even better solution. This newsgroup
is devoted to the MS-Access database product.

Anyone can download a free PowerPoint viewer from the Microsoft site --
start at http://www.microsoft.com. I don't have a specific page, but I've
searched for it before and didn't find it difficult to locate. That way, you
don't have to change anything.
