How to change language of menus?

Dear sirs...

please help me to find a way other than using the Microsoft Office tools, to
change the language of the menus and dialog boxes to English.

I tried the Tools way thing, but it didn't work.

The language of the user interface is determined by the version of
Word/Office you purchased. It cannot be changed by changing the language
you're using for documents. A Multilanguage User Interface (MUI) package has
been available for some versions of Office. Which version do you have?
