Due to the realphx worm, I've been advised to search through my registry for
keys that need to be deleted, but first I need to back it up. I'm not sure
how or which file. When I do a search there are at least two regedit files,
one in windows directory and another in windows/i386. Which do I back up
and how?

Go to start>run type regedit... Select>Export, label the
file as registry backup. Put it on a different drive or
floppy or any external media and selecy save.. This is
the only registry that should need backing up... All done.
