How to avoid getting a duplicate message when emailing a group Ibelong?

Hi everyone

At work we have an Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 setup.

Everytime a user sends an email to a group to which he belongs, he
gets a copy of the same message he just sent. Is there a way to avoid
this?

TIA

No can't stop it AFAIK. You can deal with it two ways:

by making a Rule to delete messages from himself, sent to the DL

or expand the DL and take his name out before sending.
