How to automatically fill in email reciepients..?

Hi all,

I recently bought a new laptop. On my old laptop, I have used Outlook 2003
for a while and when I write a new email, I just need to press the first few
keys then the destination receipient email address will automatically be
filled in.

On this new laptop Outlook 2003, I don't have this feature. I notice that I
should reply emails first then I will get these recepient auto-fill in one
by one.

But that's slow. Can I import from the old laptop to the new laptop this
feature?

I have checked in the "contacts" region of the old Outlook 2003, to my
surprise, the auto-filled-in destination receipients are not in my
"contacts" folder... so i guess simply import from the "Contacts" folder
from the old outlook 2003 may not work.

Can anybody help?

Is there a way to require Outlook 2003 to automatically process all my
correspondence emails and then extract all these auto-fill-in receipients
itself?

On the old laptop in your profile there is a file which is called *.nk2,
this file holds the cached names, you would need to rename this file in your
new laptop and then copy the old file into the same location on the new
laptop and rename it to what the new nk2 file was. This is a hidden file so
you will need to turn on hidden files and folders and explicitly search for
hidden files and folders.

And do it while Outlook is closed.
