How to associate default source viewer in IE?

When choosing "Source" from the VIEW menu in IE, Notepad
is used to display the HTML code and content. How does one
set IE to use a program other than Notepad.

You would think the settings would be with the other
program assignments, but I don't see it.

Thanks!

Try Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|PROGRAMS tab - top entry.

That's what I tried first, but it provides only two
choices, Word or Excel. I selected Word, but that doesn't
seem to matter, it still launches Notepad.
