How to animate a line's color to change from black to red

Which version of PowerPoint do you have?
If you have PPT 2002 or later, you can add a change color emphasis animation
to the line and have it happen either on mouse click or have it triggered by
a click of the line. If you have one of the older version, it's much
harder...
