How to allow only .pdf attachements in outlook message

hello there,
I'd like to know how can i restrict the attachements types allowed for a
user to send in an message.
My target here, is to allow sending only .pdf attachements and nothing else.
Regarding receiving, that's not a problem! I want to allow receiving
everything.
I know this is strange, but is there a way for me to do it directly in
outlook?

No, but depending on the mail server that you are using, you can probably
manage it there with send restrictions.
