How to add WPA support to XPE?

I wonder how I can provide XPE with WPA security support (I'm aware that
driver and config tool must support it, too).
Is there a component I can download for XPE?
or the other way:
I tried to postinstall WPA support by installing the file
Q815485_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe after getting it from the MS download area
but installation stopped with an error
"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure
the Cryptographic service is running on this computer."
But the service "cryptographic servies" is running. update.inf on the
other side is not present. I cannot find it in the repositories so I
think it should come with the install package. Perhaps I missed something?
How can I add the WPA support base to my machine?

This package was not componentized for XPe, so I'm not surprised that there
are problems running this directly on the target machine. You would need to
know all the file and registry and component dependency changes in order to
implement the fix from this package.

Ah, ok. Thanks Andy. When will there be a QFE or something like that for
WPA on XPEmbedded?
