How to add signature in a single mail?

I have choosen to add signature to new mails as standard only. Meanwhile now
and then I would like to add the signature to a forwarded mail also. How can
I do that?

You can either
Select Insert --> Signature in the message after you select 'Forward'
or if you are doing it a lot...
Select a signature for replies and forwards in Tools-->Options-->Mail Format
and just delete the signature from the email when you don't want it.
