Hello,

I recently upgraded to vista ultimate and am having a difficult time
adjusting to the file explorer. Is there a way to reverting back to the XP
style? Specifically, I used to use the "delete" and "up" button all the
time--I would like to put them back on the toolbar.

Thanks,
David

Why not use the Delete and Backspace keys?

At the top of the exploerer you will see the path of the directory you
are in. You can click any part of the path to go directly to that
folder. As far as delete I've always used right click > delete

Backspace does not go up one level in the folder heirarchy. It goes back to
the previously displayed path if there was one, otherwise it is grayed out.

The UP button goes up one level in the folder heirarchy, if there is one.

That's the OP problem. Explorer in Vista has no up button they use
what is referred to as the bread crumb trail.
