How to add a signature in outgoing mail

I have windows xp with msn. I would like to know how to add a signature
in my outgoing mail. I went into the sig box and placed an html code for
a image. When I went to my writing page it had only the text not the
image.
Would the code be the same as it is written on webtv sigs?
I would appreciate any help you could give me.

oh, I also checked the box for the html.

Hi Brenda: Did you go Tools/Options/Send and then make sure sending format
is HTML, then go HTML Settings and make sure that send pictures with message
was selected??

I'm trying to figure this out for my sister. I can copy and paste it in
or attach photo but she would like it to be there each time without
having to put it there. html. really having a time.
