How to access Safe Mode in Window XP?

when my computer starts up it gives me a 30 sec. interval
where i can choose which OS i want to run. if i hit F8
then it gives you options like Safe Mode.

i dont know if yours does??

i also think there is another way ill check and see for

Good point. However, the default 30 second delay only occurs if there is
more than one boot option. If only one boot choice, the timing for pressing
F8 can be a little tricky.
