How to access other PC?

Hello all:
I and my friends link each other through internet and our PC's OS
are win2000,and we don't install VPN,and we know user name and password each
other,and our PC don't start sevices:Web,Ftp.I want to know how to access
other PC each other?tnanks.
 
Don't. Period. Without a VPN or secure connection between your computers,
you are opening yourself and your friends to any passing hacker, cracker or
mean guy who happens to see your computer and wants to mess with it.
