how print a picture that was taken in video mode on a digital came

How can I print out a picture that was accidently taken in video mode on a
digital camera? Please help in layman's terms as you can tell I do not know
what I am doing.

Software such as Nero Ultima or Uleads VideoStudio 7 or 8 will allow you to
capture the video from the camera to your computer, then isolate the frame
you want and save it as a .jpg (or other format). I don't know if you can do
it with Windows Movie Maker- never used it.
