How much temporary space does IE 6 use for web caching by default?

Does anyone know how much temporary storage space IE 6 uses for web caching
by default? I know for folder offline files it's 10% but I'm not sure about
IE.
 
I believe it is also 10% but I have set my cache size to 5
megs (not 5%).
