Thanks. I had a quick peek at overclock.net where they have a 1100 posts thread for my mobo. Seems it will support a 955 or a 965. I just was outbid on a 955 BE on flea bay. I'll keep punting till I get one at a reasonable price.

I have a few games that I can play maxed out for now so they will keep me busy for a while

but you may need a graphics card with 300mb ram

You might install a 4 gb ram and i guess apparently each and every game could have run at this speed.
