How many names can you put in a distribution list?

My distribution list holds 452 names, and growing. When I try to send it, I
get a message saying that's too many names and to reduce the number.

How many names can be on a distribution list and be sent without error?

It depends on your ISP limit.

So how do you figure that out? I tried going to Comcast to ask, and got just
the basic instruction of how to use outlook for your email.

One way to discover the limit is by starting with sending a message to two
addresses and then repeating the procedure with one more address each time.
Another is to call Comcast and insist they tell you what the limit is,
escalating up the chain of command until you get a satisfactory answer. You
pay them. Don't let them put you off.

Why didn't I think of that! Thanks, Brian.
