How I save a word document in PDF format?

I have a series of documents that I need to save in PDF format so nobody can
make modifications and when to send it force the user to use Adobe Reader.

You need to have Adobe Acrobat or other suitable application to create PDF's
on you computer to do this.

Search for GhostView on Google. You'd need to download the software (free) ,
set up a PostScript printer, print the word document to the printer (a file)
adnd convert the file to PDF using GhostView.

Anything that can be read can be duplicated and changed. It is all a matter
of degree as to how easy it is to make changes.

I use a freeware utility called CutePDF to create .pdf files. It does not
have nearly the options of Acrobat but may serve your needs. Use Google to
find a download site for it.
