Ask your ISP or Host how to do this (they can probably do it for you, or
assist in doing so).
If you have web space as part of your ISP account, you can upload it there.
Contact your ISP to find out how.
Find a domain name provider like www.simply.com Go to their home page and do
a search for the domain name that you would like. If you find it, buy it. A
personal web won't need masses of hosting space so buy a small amount of
hosting at the same time - probably cost about a fiver a month - after
completing your purchase your provider will send you an email with details of
how to upload your website.
