How I open .pps files in power point 2007?

I'm updated office to 2007, everythings works fine, except power point can't
read files, any body knows what to do?

Did you save it as a PowerPoint Show from within PowerPoint, or did you just
rename the extension from pptx to ppsx?

The old habit of just changing the file extensions does not appear to sit
well with the newer version.
