How I elliminated "Swen" Email

All that I have received have not contained my email address. Set up a
"Rule" to delete from server all that don't contain you email address for
each account. This may not work for all but is a good start.

How do I do this in OL Express. It works in OUTLOOK but cannot detemine how
to do this in Express

In OE, click Tools>Message Rules>Mail... You should find what you need
there.

Here's how to do it in OE:

Select Tools>Message Rules>Mail>Mail Rules tab>New button>1: Selet the
conditions for your rule: Check "Where the TO line contains people, 2:
Select the action for your rule: Check "Delete it from server", 3: Rule
description, Left click "contains people", enter your email address at the
blinking cursor, click on Add, click on the Options button, Select "Message
does not contain the people below", click OK, OK, OK, OK. You'r done. Do
this for each account (email address).
