how i can junk many E-mails ?

i recieve many E-Mails, and i want add them to Junk mail, i can do that by
right click and add to junk.
but this method running for one e-mail, i want add many e-mail in one time,
how?
i use WinXP + Outlook 2003.

There is no "right-click Add to Junk" in Outlook. There's right-click>Junk
E-mail>Add Sender to Blocked Senders List, but that's a poor way indeed to
manage spam.
