good mail delivered to junk e-mail

I have been using Outlook 2007 for XP for a few months now. I use it inside
my office. We all use Outlook and just recently we noticed we were not
receiving as many incoming e-mails as usual. I happened to check the junk
e-mail folder and ALL of the incoming mail was there. There were e-mails
from people on the safe list, personal e-mail accounts, and somethings I sent
to myself and were delivered there. The settings for the junk folder are on
low. I don't know what to do or what is wrong.... plz help!!

are you using Exchange server? Do you have your address in the blocked list?
Look in tools, options, junk email.

I don't think I am using Exchange. I am using Outlook with XP. I have no
addresses on my blocked list.
