How I can create a background as default page

I like to create a background that every time when I create a new document or
open any document it will show up.
I like to know if it is possible.
For example, I have a company letter head as water mark background. Is
there a way that I set it as default backgound.

Please help!

I suggest that you create a "Letterhead template" because there will be
times, when you really do want a blank document, but if you insist, then
this page should help you customize the Normal template:
