How get New Contact button on toolbar

The "New Contact" button on my Windows Mail toolbar has vanished. How can I
restore it?

right click on the tool bar
click customize toolbar
it on the left and highlight it then click add
click close

Open the Contacts folder>right click on a blank area in the
folder>customise>from the drop down select Contacts.
