How does DHTML work in FrontPage?

I've used the roll over with DHTML and I get the font & size to change, but
the color of the font will not. How can I make this happen?
 
When you have the DHTML Effects toolbar on, select the options one by one and
at the third one, click Choose Font. Then choose a color in the Font dialog
box.
