FP2002 DHTML Effects

Recently, after some unusual behavior, I use the Inspect & Repair feature and
the problem went away after completion.
Now, things act differently with DHTML Effects. Prior to the change, I could
highlight a text, Select Choose an Event, click on Mouse Over, Formatting and
then Font, allowing me to select Underlined.
When attempting to use the same feature, I get just Page Load, instead of
Formatting I get Animations options.
Could somebody help me to unravel this problem? Thanks.

Make sure you have TEXT selected in the Design view when you do this. It
sounds to me like you might have the body tag selected instead.

I am selecting TEXT like I always do. As a matter of fact, if I go to any
text on any of the web pages, I get the same problem, just an option for
Choose an Event for Page Load only.

Check Tools Page Options Authoring and turn on CSS (and JavaScript)
